ADI-PDI Tech Ltd respects your right to request deletion of your personal data held by us. This page explains how to make a deletion request, what data we delete, and what data we may retain for legal reasons.
This applies to (a) instructors with ADI-PDI Tech accounts; (b) students or parents whose data has been added by an instructor; (c) people who have messaged an instructor through the WhatsApp Business integration; and (d) website visitors whose data we may have collected through analytics.
Send an email to hello@adipditech.com from the email address associated with your account or from the phone number that contacted us via WhatsApp. Include: (1) the subject line "Data Deletion Request"; (2) your full name; (3) the email address or phone number on the account; (4) confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your data. For WhatsApp-only contacts who do not have email, you may send the same information by WhatsApp message to the instructor you communicated with.
Upon verifying your request, we will permanently delete: your account profile and login credentials; lesson records, bookings and progress data; WhatsApp message history; AI conversation transcripts; uploaded files; and any analytics records tied to your identity.
We may retain limited data after deletion where legally required: payment records and invoices (7 years, UK tax law); records of the deletion request itself; aggregated and anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you. Any retained data is stored securely and not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR. Some processor systems (such as backup systems) may retain data for up to 90 days before purging on their normal rotation, but the data will not be accessible during this period.
If you have messaged an instructor through ADI-PDI Tech's WhatsApp Business integration and wish to delete that conversation data, contact hello@adipditech.com and provide your WhatsApp phone number and the instructor's name or business name. We will locate your messages and delete them within 30 days. Note that WhatsApp itself (operated by Meta) also retains messages independently, and you should refer to Meta's privacy policy at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy for their separate data practices.
Once deletion is complete, we will send you a written confirmation by email (or WhatsApp where email is not available). This confirmation will summarise what was deleted and what was retained for legal compliance.
